In 2017, Crystal earned her iOS mobile engineering certification from The Iron Yard in Atlanta. Her most notable development – the closest to her heart – is HausCall, the on-demand barber app slated to launch in the App Store in Fall 2018.
Crystal's Product Management services include wireframing & U/X design, go-to-market strategy, user story development and app-based revenue model crafting.
Crystal has more than 8 years of experience developing 360-degree media plans for national brands across a number of verticals. Her familiarity with media vehicles such as TV, radio, OOH, print, search, display and social has solidified her as a tenured media strategist having come through the ranks at companies such as ZenithOptimedia in NYC.
A vital key to any organization, Customer Success has been a consistent part of Crystal's experience thus far. This includes client relations, on-boarding, campaign management, project management, subject matter expertise and brand insight & strategy.
Design & Layout
Crystal has worked to develop several creative projects and utilizes tools such as Adobe's Photoshop and InDesign, in addition to InVision & AdobeXD, to successfully deliver such projects. Her experience ranges from logo development to editorial & UI design.
Crystal's creative writing skills include ad copy, children's books, short stories and even resumes and cover letters. While most of her work has been privately contracted, she does have one publicly shared work of literature: a six-chapter digital novel titled A Case of the Mean Pinks.
